Fairview

Fairview is a small community in the biggest part of the city. Tucked in between city centre and Cooksville, this area has no shortage of conveniences. Predominantly you’ll find high rises in this neighborhood, all catered to fast paced lifestyles for people who like to live downtown midst all the action. This area was originally planned in 1965, as part of further developing the land north of Cooksville. During that time it was the Hurontario and Dundas area that was considered ‘downtown Mississauga’. But once City Centre was built, it was the Fairview district that solidified the transition zone between Cooksville and core downtown. Today, Fairview has exceeded all urban growth expectations. Part of Mississauga’s beautiful skyline, this area is a commercial and residential success.
