Homeowners Looking to Buy Again Despite Price Hikes!

I came across an article in the Toronto Star recently, where the headline just popped right out! They claim that "Six in 10 GTA homeowners plan to buy again within five years"! I'm not surprised at all! Looking at the real estate market, you see new homes coming up in communities everywhere, and younger couples, are eager to upgrade their home as their families grow, and needs begin to change. With new upgrades in building technology and design, it becomes irresistible not to want an 'newer' version. The shift in home ownership gets created with the incredible influx of new housing. Opening spaces for everyone to move around.

Real estate critics have been skeptical, claiming that the rise in prices is deterring people to buy, or upgrade to a bigger house. However, market surveyors are confident that despite the recent price hikes, there's an upward trend in home purchases. Experts believe that's because people are sensing more stability in the market. Interesting fact is that last year, the same type of survey showed hesitation among home buyers, however the course of the year has changed a lot of minds. The prices continue to flirt with the buyers, making decisions even harder to make. The only comfort is knowing the right person who can help you find the perfect home that not only fits your budget, but also meets all your requirements.
